It's been a busy morning here with lots of members in and out of the rain.

Tomorrow morning, the Lose It Group will be meeting at The Club at 7 am and off for a two hour hike at Bohart.

This afternoon, trainers are meeting to discuss exciting new programs for the fall schedule. (Really!! New formats and faces in September!!) Be looking for individual post from your trainers and instructors on this blog.
