
Not your typical Boot Camp!!! Our always popular summer Boot Camp is stepping it up this year with a new format that offers you the 30 Workout-to-Fitness Challenge. Are you up to it? Be there for Boot Camp Monday, June 14th at 6 am. Meet our team leaders, commit to the challenge and declare your personal summer goal.
Boot Camp will meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning from 6:15 to 7:15 am with the additional challenge of Wednesday morning Club Cycle with Kayla @ 6:15 extra points).
Boot Camp will end the 3rd week in August with a big end of the summer party, your reward for a summer of hard work. The Club is your host for a festive evening with individual and team prizes recognizing your results.
Start the day out with a complete strength and cardio workout. Punch cards are available right now so stop by the front desk to secure your spot. Boot camp is offered to non-members as well so bring a friend and get a free workout.
